Plantain leaf - promotes healing, fights infection, great for soothing allergies and asthma, soothes and reduces pain and spasms, detoxifies the colon and liver, treats prostate enlargement.
 
White Oak Bark - high in vitamin B12, iron, tannin and potassium. It can be used to treat diarrhoea, cold or flu, is an antiseptic, astringent and anti-inflammatory. It is also widely used to make decoctions for teas, infusions, tonics and skin care.
 
Chaparral – A lymphatic cleanser, used to treat sunburn, burns, to speed recovery from colds and flu, to relieve urinary infections, rheumatoid arthritis.
 
Comfrey Root - contains a compound called Allantoin which is a cell proliferative (allows cells to grow faster) hence why it is known as the healing herb. Allantoin is also found a mothers' pregnant placenta as well as the breast milk in the early stages of a newborns life. Rosmarinic acid is another compound found in the plant which is responsible for alleviating swelling, inflammation, and associated pain.
 
Comfrey Leaf - respiratory, digestive and urinary tonic, and helpful in healing haemorrhoids.
